New York is making progress towards its ambitious goal of generating 70% of electricity from renewable sources by 2030, but we're not moving fast enough. While the state has successfully expanded distributed solar, this alone won't be sufficient to meet our renewable energy targets or create the good union jobs New Yorkers deserve.
